View Full Version : Missing Survey Credits???

Wierd but I am chalking it up to the holidays (hopefully)
DH did a Greenfield Daily survey Tuesday, completed it got the congrats page. Then I did a SM survey and finished it no congrats page
We have not received credit for either of them (I figured the SM might not post but fully expected and am counting on the DS)

Then last night finished and got congrats pages for all three DS, SM and OTX.
Today only OTX credit is showing

So I am hoping and wishing that the SM credit for yesterday will credit Monday and so will Tuesdays DS.

Are the SM surveys automatic credits?? I thought they were but since GF has been having issues for the last couple of days I am hoping that is the problem.

Unfortuntely no in my case, I took a SM survey yesterday and today and already have received credit for both. I know yesterday's DS and the ones through the weekend will not sure up until Monday.

I haven't had any problems getting SM or OTX payments, either, despite the slowness of GF. However, I was surprised to get credit for yesterdays daily survey today...........on Thanksgiving, of all days. Go figure!;)

SO what do you think I am doing wrong? I got the thank you page for completing the SM survey yesterday and no points today but the DS and the OTX did credit. I am bummed : (

Did you clear cookies after you did the DS before attempting the SM?

That I did not do. I usually do not clear cookies between surveys only between offers!

I never clear cookies between ds and sm and have always got credit, so I don't think that's your problem, but you never know.

If I don't clear cookies between DS and SM surveys, I won't get credit. Try it and see.

I *think* the rule of thumb on clearing cookies inbetween is IF you have DH (or someone else in the house) doing one and your doing the other. It's different demo's so you don't have to clear. At least that's the case in MY house. I do DS DH does SM, I never clear cookies inbetween the two (unless it's bc of offers I'm doing) and I (knock on wood) ALWAYS get credit.

Hi Guys,

I'm rushing out the door in an hour for the airport and didn't see credit for the DS I took yesterday. I am fairly certain that it won't credit until Monday but I couldn't figure out why Wednesday's credited today and not Thursday's?

I need to know if I have to do a DS before I leave to make it to #24 for the big bonus?

Anyone get credit today for a DS done on Thanksgiving?

Wednesday's credited yesterday so I don't think we'll see yesterday's until Monday.
