I would love to have free shipping for everything at Target instead of just for certain items. Or even free shipping over a certain dollar amount. There is so much there I would love to buy but most of the time the shipping costs stop me from ordering.

Then I agree with OP's on cash back from Amazon but I also agree with the one who said cashback on grocery store GC's, DS's school does it and the amount I spend at one store a month would be a nice SR % back.

I have to agree with Free shipping from the merchants!! I don't mind paying a fair price for an item but it is the shipping costs that will usually prevent me from making a purchase! Also it is great fun to sit at home and order from stores without leaving the couch!!! I would do tons more if the shipping were free or low even!
