I got credit twice for the 7/31 survey. Do I need to submit a trouble ticket or can you fix it without one?

Chances are you did more than one survey that day and the system fluked and let you in to take another one after you had done the first. Since Greenfield gave you credit for 2, you get credit for 2 LOL

But I didn't complete two, only one. I did start one earlier in the day but had to close it out after only two questions because something came up and I knew I wouldn't have 15-20 minutes to sit at the computer to finish a survey. And it was the IM survey, didn't that one require signing up for a year or something to get credit?

Nope, I got credit for the IM without signing up for the year long program.

Sounds like you got a 2 survey day!

We must have had a few people with those because I saw a couple of people with 35 surveys last month!

Awesome, I wish they'd let me know the trick to that....sure it depends on luck...and I don't have that....:rotfl:

Hmmmmm, 35 surveys, 35 days in the month? I want that calendar. If we could get four or five more hours in the day too, that'd be great - lol!

Alright, so I guess I'm safe to go party with my $.80. Now where's Ant and Chingy at? :rotfl:

If you've got an extra .80, they will probably be tracking you down because it seems they might be a little hard up these days. LOL!

Actually, I'm one of the folks who did 35 and I'll tell you the secret... it's pure survey paranoia!! :rotfl:

Really, even when I think I've successfully completed a survey, I ALWAYS go back in and double check to make sure it says I've done my quota for the day and can't do any more. If it lets me in, I assume that the first one didn't take and do another. Sometimes 2 are credited... why, I couldn't say.

So... I'm paranoid enough to assume it's allowing me to take a survey because whatever I thought counted, didn't! Does that make sense?

I definitely find the surveys are time consuming and often annoying. But if I'm persistant I can usually get through one a day... it's probably my demographic, 55 yo divorced single full time working mother, that helps... and since a lot of the freebies don't credit for me, it's the best way to add to my total each day.

My only "trick", I guess, is that whenever I log in to SR, I always check to see whether I'd done my survey quota for the day. HTH

Woo-hoo!!! Decided to just go see if I could do another survey since I did one early, today. AND, I got another. That is 3 for 2. Will be a cushion to help me, maybe, get 25 surveys this month, or more. For sure, it is another .80 cents.

Ok...well I can be paranoid....:rotfl: I usually only check once, but I'll be an "official check for a survey every time I log in" member from now on...

It must have been something with that stupid IM survey, because I got a double too! I closed out of it because I didn't want to participate in the "year long panel" and then SR said I was over my daily limit! Of course, I was paranoid and went back on last night and it let me take a survey so I assumed it didn't go through. This time I got the congrats page, though. This has never happened before! How odd! :sunshine:

I think I may have gotten 2 today...I took one this morning, but adopting my new "paranoid personality" that was advised, :rotfl: I checked throughout the day, but had exceeded my limit...got on for a little while when I went to visit my mom....logged in and it let me take another! We shall see...It would be awesome to be 3 for 2! If I could have a few 2 survey days I wouldn't lose out on our vacation time.

I also had a day last month that I completed two surveys. The extra 80 cents was a nice surprise considering that I originally thought the first survey did not credit.

Oh, dear... I hate to think my contribution to SR is encouraging people to adopt a "paranoid personality"!! :giggle: Let's call it "survey suspicion". ;)
I got 2 for yesteday, as well, for the same reason as you... did one early at work and when I logged in at home in the evening, found a survey available again.

I'll also be on vacation this month... counting the days till we visit the Mouse  ... so hopefully this can keep me on track for another bonus. Gotta love those!!!

Hi Guys, just a little observation, warning, call it what you will. If all of you start "trying" to get more than one survey per day we may start an influx that gets SR looked at very seriously by Greenfield. Technically you are only supposed to do one survey per day. There are times that things happen (especially for those who clear cookies and swap email addresses) that you will be allowed to take more than one. I completely understand that crazy stuff happens and we get credited twice. If we start trying to make that happen then we are stepping dangerously close to fraud which we haven't had to discuss with Greenfield yet. However, if it starts showing that most of our forum members (500) are getting more than one survey a day you can bet they will be taking a look at us. Just an observation that you guys may want to consider. HTH!

:) haha...survey suspicion it is...

Don't worry Janet...I wouldn't be sure how to qualify twice very often..I guess maybe going to my mom's since that worked yesterday, but there's no way that would fit into my schedule very frequently and I'm not going to spend my time visiting on SR (as much as I love it)...:sunshine2:

Totally agree with you!

It actually happens only infrequently and usually it's when I'm not sure I've qualified on my first one... that is, I don't get taken back to the "congrats" page, but will be careful, for sure, Janet.

I just actually spent over an hour doing one on commercials for crossover vehicles and am now suffering from "survey exhaustion"! Working at home with a dialup connection, I can't tell you how painful it was waiting for the 4 videos to download! :computer: That was the hardest $0.80 I've ever earned and shows what a die-hard survey fan I am!:rotfl:
