Shaq's Family Challenge Trouble Ticket Question

I completed the Shaq's Family Challenge offer on 7/13. Completed a Trouble Ticket on 7/26 as it did not show up in my Account History. It's now 8/3 and I still know nothing. The Trouble Ticket area says I should hear something in 5 days, but it's been 8 and I've heard nothing. What should I do now?

Waiting on this has made me afraid to do any other offers. :(

We can only file trouble tickets for these on the 20th of every month.

If you didn't get credit for it automatically, I would be careful with other big offers as well. Chances are pretty good that your computer didn't read the cookie that it needed to read to trigger the credit.

My computer did accept the Video Professor offer on 7/10 and My Survey Rewards on 7/13. Both have a "credit hold" and are "big paying" offers. :confused: I clear cookies all the time with ccleaner. :computer:

Oh! If they are both listed there with a credit hold, then those are perfectly fine. As long as the signups weren't fraudulent, they will automatically credit for you next month. :)
