I just finished my DS for today. I try to have it done beteen 8-10 but that didn't work today. Important part is that i was finally able to it to load and completed.

Wahoooo! I finally finally finally got into, got through, and got credit for, an AMP! I estimate that it's been well over a year since that has happened. (A few weeks ago I went through and counted all OTX/AMP surveys I've ever gotten credit for, and it was about 20 since March '07, that's now UNlucky I am with them.)

What changed? Either my luck, or the fact that I didn't fill out the extra info before clicking through to the survey. Decided that it didn't need to know, ahead of time, the income, education etc, so just filled out the required pages and continued on, figuring it would let me into more surveys, and then the survey itself could ask those questions. And it worked it worked it worked!

AND, while I was in the middle of it, for whatever reason I lost connection for about 30 seconds, which nearly made me cry, then it took until about 7 minutes after the next hour to credit, which made me give up 99% of my hope that it would credit, but...woooooo!!!!!!!



So now I have to do a DS today, and then I'll be back on track for the low bonus.

As an FYI, I am noticing that surveys are timing out more than usual. I typically am doing other things (like right now I'm working on short vowel sounds with DS) while doing a survey, and if I get distracted it can take awhile. Usually I can just go right back to it, but I've just timed myself out of two in a row b/c I got distracted.

Not sure if this is new (I know it's always been a possibility, but it's never happened to me, and I take surveys slooooowly to make sure I'm not taking them too fast b/c of the way I read) but it seems new to me, and I wanted to let all the other distracted survey-takers know!

I had a strange experience with a DS survey - it kept giving me an error message:

then when I refreshed , it would go back to the previous page and allow me to continue. I got the thank you page but am wondering about it. It was about air fresheners. Anyone else? I guess I'll know tomorrow.

I don't know if it is just a fluke, but I just did two surveys that gave me the Do Not Qualify page at the end after the classification questions. I didn't go too fast on either one. One was a Toluna on cosmetics, the other was on investments. Both said I qualified for the survey during the initial classification, but they went to the Do Not Qualify page at the very end when I expected the congrats page. I didn't report either since I got the Do Not Qualify page. The investment one kicked me out after I entered my zip code - not likely to be a quality issue since the zip code was right and they didn't ask me for it at any other point in the survey. :computer:

I was at least 15 minutes into that when I got the do not qualify. I had given my opinion of many cosmetic companies and all of a sudden you didn't qualify. if anyone gets a survey about ice cream, beware, it goes on FOREVER, has multiple pages with hundreds of boxes to click, and does NOT give the congrats page at the end. i just wasted over 1/2 hour on it while having a carpal tunnel flare-up, so needless to say, i am NOT a happy camper. i have many more choice words about this survey, but i'll keep them to myself.

I started into that one last week. I noticed that I must have answered something that they didn't like, because it jumped from 14 to something like 65 and soon after I was disqualified. Glad I didn't do ALL 65 or more!

The motor oil one did not credit for me. I didn't want to get a double credit so I stopped with that one. Be warned on it that you get a congrats screen, just not a SR one.

Not an issue, just a thought for the companies who make the surveys.

Authentic and unique are not the same thing. So it's not OK, survey/statistics/good info -wise, to put them together as a choice.

And, by the way, what on earth does authentic mean, when talking about a brand of something?

If you are having a consistent issue with them (multiple times each week) and are NOT doing them through any other rewards sites, we can follow up with Greenfield to see if we can find out what is going on. We were able to find out that Cate's computer's firewall was blocking the cookies.

I do get credit sometimes, but I used to pretty much always get credit before. I always clear the cookies and everything. We did get a new laptop. So maybe I am having some sort of issue. I was able to complete the 2 cents today, hopefully I get credit for that one. I have noticed that if I don't get credit one day that occasionally 2 credits will show the next day. One for the day before and one for the day before that(the one I didn't think I got credit for) Does that just happen to me or does that happen to others?

I have not done these surveys before through any other site. If one even looks or sounds familiar, I immediately close out of it. I don't want to get in any trouble.

ergh! I've been burned 2x on DS survey's today....both times i've had to watch about 10 commericals (2 different surveys) and after watching the commercials, moving on to the questions i get thru about 10 questions before the survey just freezes up! ugh!!! So frustraing.

Yes you gave up way too easily...you were on a roll when you looked up the translation of the first question...you should have kept going, it probably would have only take you another 3 hours to finish it...isn't that worth at least the .90¢? :rotfl:

just spent over 20 minutes doing a ds on a particular medication to reduce high cholesterol, watched a video, gave my opinions and after completing the whole survey went to submit it and got a plain blank white page. refreshed the page and got the following message:

it did not take me back to sr or the congrats page. reported it to gf. just wanted to give everyone a heads up about this survey.

I just did my daily Greenfield survey for the day, and it was an interactive panel. Most questions were multiple choice, just pick one. But some questions I was supposed to type an answer in a box, and it would not let me type. I filled out a support thing on that page during the survey, which told me to refresh. When I refreshed, I could then type my answers, but by that point it was at the end of the survey so there were several questions I did not answer.

At the end of the survey, it said I completed it and took me back to the SR thank you page. Just wondering if I will really get credit since I wasn't able to answer several questions? I am trying to get the trifecta and would like the chance to retake or take a different survey if necessary. Thanks!!

I know how you feel, I was in the middle of one for sneakers, and there was no continue button, or line to rate the shoes. I now can not get other one.
I wish they would make sure these surveys work first, or let you know which browser is best for which survey.

i just finised my SM survey, a really great short survey about being "green". took less than 5 minutes.

but i got a white congrats page, not directed back to SR. So we'll see in a little bit of my super easy SM survey will credit.

I had the same one this morning for my DS and I also got the white page. I guess we will see if it credits tomorrow but I bet it won't if it didn't credit as SM survey. BTW, my YTC survey didn't credit on the hour or second hour either. My OTX did credit on the hour so I don't know what is up. I did eventually get a second DS that did bring me to the congrats page so if I get two credits tomorrow we will know that the being green one credits.

That was like me yesterday...I had no options all day till about 7:30 last night (about 24 hours after my survey from the day before). I had options this morning too. I think sometimes GF has a hiccup and goes back to the 24 hour clock for a day or so.

quota full. this survey is now closed.

reported this to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.

I have had this happen before. It is not anything you can control, it just may mean there are no surveys for your demos. Try again in a little while and hopefully you will have options.

has anyone noticed a change in gf surveys lately? if i am not able to get one first thing in the morning i have to wait until much later in the day when they finally add more options and i finally get one. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone? this is not a gripe or complaint - just an observation. once i have exhausted all options open to me it then goes to the no new surveys available for me. this just started happening this week so i wonder if gf changed something on their end that they only load new surveys in the morning and the evening. any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. :thanks:

seriously, what is the matter with these surveys that require you to first watch several commercials, then 2, and then have questions on one particular commercial/product?! every time I do one of these now, I go through the whole thing, carefully, slowly, honestly, etc etc, only to get, you don't qualify at the end! grrr Is there some glitch that makes it do this - or do they really reserve the odd right in this sort of survey to refuse you compensation if they think your answers about the commercial/product aren't what they want?! Can't think so, as my answers were generally quite positive. Anyway, just weird and a little annoying, to spend a good deal of time just to get this result. Maybe I should just not even do those particular surveys anymore since I always get burned now!:rolleyes:

An FYI - I was at 40% progress in a cat litter DS when it told me I didn't qualify. The question was what type of litter would fulfill your needs best, worst and rank the other 2 kinds in between. If you get past that point you'll probably be okay.

Same exact thing just happened to me in the same spot. I guess they didn't like that I prefer scoopable/clumping litter.

I know what you mean! Even if they don't credit one day, I still want to try the next, because if you don't try, you definitely won't get credit, lol!:rolleyes:

thanks for responding :) i really should do that too. it was bothering me so much, i actually woke my DH up (he works tonight and has every night since last tuesday, hence, why i haven't slept, i'm used to him working days) and asked him if he remembered me saying i did a survey today, and he said i told him i finished one right after lunch, but the poor guy was half asleep, he may have said that just to get rid of me, lol. if i did one, i can't remember what it was about to save my life.

not sure about everybody else Marcy but i have tried four times to do a survey and each time they will not load onto page i get sorry page will not load notice. Hopefully they can get it worked out.

i don't know if this is a techical issue or not but here goes. how is it that after you have exhausted all options for a survey, no more show up and then you have to wait until like 7 at night to get another one? at one time gf would add more options during the day but that seems to have changed lately and i was just wondering why. i can usually get a survey early in the morning but lately when i can't get a ds then i can't even try for a sm until i get my ds and it starts to get later and later. this is not a complaint or a gripe - just my observation. is this happening to anyone else? please don't be mad at me for posting this as i just need to and if you want to delete this post that is fine with me.

Just got a DS on skin care. On the page where you have to rank order 1,2,3 your reasons for buying specific products there is no where or no way to rank them. There are no boxes to check, you can't slide the statements into any order, nothing. I tried to go back, then refresh the page, but I was stuck there with nothing to do. I did report it.

Ugh I jsut got one that did that white screen! That totally sucks!! Seems that AMP has been having lots of problems lately with not giving credit for surveys.

I just spent about 30 minutes on a Hall and Partners survey about e-mail providers. I got to a screen asking if I had received an e-mail newsletter that was displayed on screen. When I said no, it said I didn't qualify (after 30 minutes of questions :computer:). Beware that one!

I got this one too yesterday (not a good survey day for me :computer:). The URL for the blank page was a GF address, so I am hoping it credits even though it didn't show the congrats message. I'll post if I get credit for it today. I did report it as well since it said I finished the survey and the link back to GF didn't work right.

Edited to add: If all the weekend credits have come through, the Brainjuicer I took yesterday did not credit. Bummer.

Just did a Brain Juicer DS and got an error page after about 20 minutes into it. It was about new kids food products. When the error page came up there was a place to report the problem, so I did. Then came here and reported it to SR as well. Just a heads up.

Today was a trying day in survey world.....I've noticed the slowness today too....finally did get one done and completed today, but had 2 that kicked me out at the end of completing the whole survey...one on movies and another on personnal lubricants. I reported them (first time I've had to do that).

It is working for me... I will suggest a good cookie cleaning... I like ccleaner and I also leave the last page of the amp survey open until it credits.

I fnally got an AMP, i've been trying for DAYS!! This month has just not been good. Anyway, finally get an AMP and finish it and it doesn't take me to the AMP page!! :computer::computer::computer: It was one of those "join our community" surveys. My Daughter just did a survey on a new movie that played this weekend. She spent over 20 minutes on it, and ended up with the white page. Anybody do this one and have it work or not work. I tried to get another and the same one in there. I do not want her to waste her time again, if this survey is a wash. Thanks for any help.

I am starting to get a little irritated with these surveys.
On 3/10 I took all 3 surveys and only recieved credit for AMP. Yesterday I took all 3 and I only received credit for My2cents. This is the same thing that happened to me over the weekend.

I was doing really good. I always received credit for all the ones that I had taken. bummer :confused:

I hate when that happens!!! Except then your clock is reset and tomorrow you will be able to take it earlier. That would be a plus for me not sure if it would be for you! :computer:

i got stuck in the same loop with amp for about 10 minutes this afternoon. exited out, cleared cookies and tried again and was actually able to get one, complete it and it just credited. keep trying as there are amp surveys out there - if i can get one so can everyone. have a great day all.:sunshine:

Just had a DS about cat food. When I got to the screen where you click on the phrases that you like and dislike, you're suppose to click the forward ^^ button to continue to the next page but there wasn't anything at the bottlom to click on. I tried refreshing the page, but nothing.

We have a problem.

As you know, anything that you post online gets picked up by Google. This thread has been picked up by some survey company people and they are not too happy about some of the specifics that we have been mentioning. I'm going to have to close the thread and ask again that proper names not be mentioned AT ALL when it comes to surveys. Please do not use anything besides "Greenfield" (or GF) and "AMP" (or OTC/MTC). Beyond that, we need to be SUPER careful about not complaining about the surveys or survey companies in the forum. If you have a legitimate complaint, by all means please file a complaint on it and we will pass it along to Greenfield. But if we continue to publicly bash them and the surveys, we might very well lose our deal with them.
