Still no credit for Blockbuster

I signed up for Blockbuster at the end of June and am still not seeing credit for the sign up. We never had an account before and we are continuing to use the Blockbuster total access. I used the link on the News and Events page.

There was however a problem. The card I used to sign up for Blockbuster had to be cancelled and reissued. I did update the new card in my Blockbuster online account. Could this be the reason I did not receive my $25 credit?

Oh, forgot to add, its not showing as pending either.

Unfortunately Blockbuster is VERY slow in crediting. I think it takes at least 3 weeks maybe even closer to 4. Changing your card later shouldn't have caused a problem unless they couldn't charge it correctly the first time. There really isn't a way to know when they will come through and I believe this may be one that doesnt accept disputes.

Mine was the same way, It took over a month to credit it too was at the end of June but it cleared as a credit hold the end of July...just a few days ago...so yours is probably coming along too. I was a bit "anxious"...lol...and then one day it just appeared and it was like...woooo...
