maybe you can start some christmas shopping to build up your balance. I'm planning on getting some started after next week when my work schedule is a little more laid back and I can claim packages at my apartment office in a timely manner.

Yes I plan to shop this week. I usually do online shopping...SR gives me an extra incentive.

So far tonight I have done BrokenGold and Obopay (is that right?) and gotten credit for both! Also did Children's Book Club and thinking about the tv season DVD club for Xmas gifts.

I think I will try it tomorrow. DH loves the old shows and he puts them on his IPOD.

I find it strange you can't see the prices or a longer list. I wonder if anybody else has joined and knows?

I joined, tell me what you are looking for and I will check to see if they have it and its price. The ones I was lokking at had prices similar to DeepDiscount when they aren't having sales. Some were actually cheaper (even with paying shipping and taxes).

Considering I would have had to pay about $85 for the two I bought (North and South plus Miami Vice Season 1) and only paid $19.99 (not counting SR credit). I think the prices are okay. Plus, they seem to have various sales, I guess each month, or whenever a new book comes out. Right now, they have alot of $5 and $3.98 dvds. Old movies, kids (Scooby Do, Barney, Clifford), more current movies (Are we there, yet?). Seems like a decent mix and the Clifford and Barney, even with shipping and tax, was cheaper than DeepDiscount. HTH
