I just placed an order with Best Buy for store pickup. I first cleared my cookies, well what I forgot was, when I clear my cookies, it of course "signs me out" of Sunshine Rewards. But I forgot, went to SR, and through the link on SR shopped at Best Buy. I placed the order and then returned to SR and realized what I wasn't signed in!!! Please tell me possibly I might still get credit? Or should I cancel my order, or not pick it up, and start over?

We'll still get credit. It just won't automatically hit your account. So when the time comes, you'll just file a trouble ticket like usual and Angie will be able to match up the order number to our report. Just be sure to mention what happened in the trouble ticket so that she knows to look for an order that came in without a member id on it.
