Not receiving emails

I didn't realize I wasn't receiving them until someone mentioned the click-thru for Generous Genie. I never received that. I even checked my spam folder to make sure it didn't go there on accident but nada. So I went back and started looking at my account. I was able to see on "email links" that I haven't received a single email for Aug. :confused: I never changed anything at all on my account, and I had been getting emails just fine up until this month. Any idea on why that's happening and how I can fix it? :thanks:

HMMM I can't imagine why you wouldnt be getting them. Perhaps Tricia or Kevin will have a better answer. The only emails I know of that have issues are the yahoo emails.

There's nothing wrong with your account on our end. It must be gmail doing some filtering. You never know with a lot of those bulk mail companies. Do you have another email address you could temporarily try to switch it to?

Same here, I only get emails every once in a while, but the only email addresses I have are yahoo.:(

I never recieved the email either. Makes me wonder what else I missed out on? Last email I recieved was on 8/3 subject cash back doubled. Is there a way that we can get the email we didnt recieve. I have checked spam everything and it just isnt there.

If you feel like for some reason you are missing emails, try going into the email links under the member zone so that you don't miss out on any offers. You will find the member zone at the bottom of the page of Todays News and Deals.

Ok, I went and looked at my the members email area and yes i did recieve that email on SR but I didnt get and email at my email address. Was I suppose to?

I did see the offer for the .40 for the genie offer in the email, but I did not get a link or anything to participate in the offer.

Thank you! I missed the email sent today! I also wondered about the GG thing?!:confused: I guess there is a problem with yahoo accounts? Should I switch to a different email? Or is this problem fixable?

I would switch from Yahoo. They pretty much just do whatever they want when it comes to delivering email. Especially when you send it in bulk (like we do). We've tried to get them to increase our priority, but they are ignoring us.

I did get my email from the quarenteened mail from my internet provider today. So at least I know where it went. LOL

No, it's not. :confused: It's not a huge deal as I can still see the emails under "email links" so it's not worth worrying about or anything. I just thought it was strange that changing the email address didn't help.

Actually, you are probably missing out on a lot of emails because only the paid ones are listed there, not the unpaid ones. So things with general announcements, contests, coupon codes, etc. are not getting through to you. Open a trouble ticket and I'll try to send you a single email through the system.

I was also having problems getting the emails on yahoo, but once I added Sunshine to my address book I seem to be getting them pretty regular now. Hope that helps.:sunshine: :sunshine:

I'm glad I saw this thread. I just looked at email links and saw that I missed emails on 8/19 and 8/21. I can't imagine why I didn't get them. I use roadrunner and have never had a problem. I'll have to keep an eye on it, I guess. :confused:

You should receive emails from SR with updates and paid clicks and things in them. If you want to check if you have any that haven't made it to your inbox go to the news and links part of the member zone and go to the bottom of the page and click on "email links" it will show you the emails that have been sent to you and whether or not you have read them. You can view the emails from there if you missed them. Check them periodically just to make sure you arent missing anything.
