Wow, its almost here and after the holidays, we just want to kick back and relax and let others do the cooking for us, thats where Restaurant.com (http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-1903651-10435748?sid=#UID)comes in. I love that place, and they just started another 80% off sale today.

Todays contest is to pick a restaurant that you would love to visit that is listed on Restaurant.com. It doesn't have to be near you, could be at a vacation spot or somewhere you would like to visit, or even near your favorite Mickey land. Just tell us the name of the restaurant and location, who knows, maybe one of us have been there, and, as an added bonus, if you see one listed you have been at, you can reply to that post and get more then one entry!!!!

Same contest rules apply, I will be picking one winner after midnight tonight.

This is an easy one. Ted's Montana Grill - Schaumburg, IL. My kids love the buffalo steak they offer there -- it's $$$$ but when I get the gift certificates through restaurant.com - it's a nice treat for a special occassion.

Marietta Brewing Company in Marietta, OH. Marietta is the town where DH and I went to college and we tend to visit once a year or so (my parents live in a town about a half hour away) and this is one of our favorite places to go. They have great beers and the food is pretty good too!

Okay I picked one close to us. I want to try Cadillac Ranch. It's downtown Cincinnati. We've walked by many times. Saw it was on Restaurant.com and have talked about trying it.

For my Christmas gift, my DH took me to see the Nutcracker yesterday. No kids, they are at my sister's. He said he wanted to take me to the Cadillac Ranch for dinner. I am always up for a bargain, but he hadn't used Restaurant.com to get a gift certificate. So, this thread reminded me that I needed to do that. So tonight we will be going to this restaurant.

Thanks Cindy for the reminder.

Ted's Montana Grill
Estero, FL 33928

We went there once and it was really good! You can watch them make french fries with this really neat potato slicer. Even the kids menu was good and my DD is not into "kid food" - she ordered the salmon and was impressed. I had it too and I agree. DH got a buffalo burger - yum.

We also like the fact that they are into conservation and recycling.

I've been here! It was my first Ted's experience. Very friendly service, nice portion sizes. My husband said the cedar planked salmon was the best he has ever had. Great location (near the mall, but without the mall traffic).

La Boca Mexican Restaurant
520 Main Street
Middletown, CT 06457

My nephew's band played here last summer and we went to listen and get a bite to eat! Well, this was my very first time ordering a Mojito and let me tell you, this is my new favorite cocktail :D.....and no other Mojito has ever compared to this one! Oh and the natchos were fantastic too. I would go back just for the Mojito's alone!! :rotfl:

Been so long since I have been there but it is probably the most memorable place that I ate at ever. I loved the atmosphere and the show and I ate couldn't tell you how great the food is but the show was worth it. Along with how they serve you like back in the day. And great for kids.

I know the contest os over but I just wanted to say this place is great. My kids LOVE it. They even had a replica of the king from Disney's Car Movie. My son was absolutely amazed and took a picture with it, and it has a train that travels around the whole place. AND the kids meals come in paper shaped boxes that the kids love to play with.
