ISO: Car Adaptor?

I'm not sure what this is called, but I am looking for an adaptor that will allow me to use my hand-held vaccuum in the car. An adaptor that will plug intot he cigarette lighter and allow me to plug in my vaccuum (like a regular outlet) on the other end. Anyone know where I can get this device? It's hard to search for it when I don't know what it is called!

thanks. I'll have to look more closely at the dimensions on it becuase my cigarette lighter is right where the emergency brake is, so I need to make sure it fits. If not, at least I now know the name of it to find one elsewhere.
