Target shopping through SR

I tried to purchase something from Target through the SR link. I had used gift cards, and they did not work, and instead the site had charged my credit card whose info. they already have.
Has anyone else experienced a situation like this or have suggestions?

Whatever link you go through should not affect this. I would call customer service with my giftcard numbers and make them apply it to the charge instead.
