Help with computer settings - Vista

I would also love some sort of thread where we could get technical help. I know something isn't right on my end either. I would love to be able to go to one thread and see if its just me or are others having the same issue without feeling like I am complaining. Since my old cpu crashed and I started using my laptop (Vista) I have had trouble with OTX, SM Surveys, Freebies and even shopping.

Ok let's make this the official Vista tech thread. I am clueless on Vista so I can't help but hopefully someone will see this and can help.
