Help i keep getting this message

Fatal error from /home/webadmin/sunshinerewards.com/html/lib/.database.php:

Cannot connect to the database ('localhost' with user 'webadmin'), MySQL said: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (12)
