I received my credits pretty quickly. Within about 2 days. Have you recieved the merchandise?

Yes I did I got all the i order and it was a big order too.....

I would say that if it has been 10 days I would submit a trouble ticket so that Tricia can look into it. This one should have credited pretty easily.
