i worked on a new way of logging into SR tonight. I actually uncovered a problem with the old way when i started changing things.
anyway, it is all behind scenes and you should not notice any visual changes. but if you have problems loggin in, let me know and i will look into it.

I cannot log in on the main SR page. Even if my email and password come up automatically or if I try to login, doesn't matter. It says bad password and try again. I know I'm entering the right password. Thank goodness I was already logged into the forum so I could post. Anyone else have this problem?

Okay, just posting again before I leave work just in case I can't get on at all once I get home. I cleared everything and tried again. Same thing. What is interesting is the minute I hit login, my password disappears. May be that it's because SR is not recognizing my password, not sure, but thought I would share this info in case it helps at all. Thanks!

I always use Firefox and I'm pretty sure it's the latest version 7.3, 7.4?? Firefox is the only browser I can use with my Mac, which is what I have. I just got home and will try to log in from here.
Nope, can't log in here at home either. Please help. I have never had a problem logging in and I can't do anything, surveys, etc. without logging in. Thanks so much!

Not sure and knock on wood, I haven't had a problem at all. I'm running Vista and IE7 if that helps. I don't run any other browsers and I have only Norton running.

I am able to log into SR through IE, but I do not stay logged in. Each time I go back to SR, I need to log in. I have checked all my cookie settings, but that hasn't changed. It just started happening within the last month.

Ahhhh, thank you so much SG! I was just able to log in. Do you have any idea if this would have affected my not getting credit for last night's DS? It's not a big deal but was just wondering. That never happens when I get the SR congrats page which I did last night. Any thoughts and thanks again! :sunshine:

i am bumping this thread up. i revisited this issue tonight and posted a new fix. again, all behind the scenes and you should be able to login without a problem. if not, post on this thread and i will try to fix quickly.

I have had issues logging in as well te past two days...goes to bad password. Go log back in and it then connects but the password disappears but the username does not. I've also had a problem with the daily clicks and clicks in emails...the system just hangs up...continually and I have to reboot every time (and no clicks!)
I use IE7
