Not sure if this is the right thread..but I'll ask anyway.

When submitting a trouble ticket for a paid offer, where do you get the Confirmation number from?

I would assume that it would be on your confirmation email.

if that is the only number that you have then put that in there. You will need to copy and paste the whole email into the TT anyway so if there is another number needed they can find it on there but that should be the number she needs.

Did you order beyond the free prints with them? Unfortunately, they are one that we cannot really file disputes with.

I order from york, more then the free prints, and got them and i am very happy with the photos! I do hope that you will enjoy yours!
