It could be that the extra one is for a previous survey you took and didn't receive credit for.

I did have surveys that I didn't qualify for, but this was not listed as second chance.

It makes me feel like such a cheat to see those extra credits. I also had one come through for one of the days over the weekend that I don't believe I completed a survey.

Must have been a "catch up" for GF, as I saw 3 extra's on 2/14 and I never could qualify for one yesterday.
