While the credit holds from July posted today, they cleared for July and aren't reflected in our monthly totals for August :( I guess that the SR team will be working on this bug today?

Really?! Ok...I didn't do the math..just assumed that's why my balance went up...I'm off to check this out.

Are you referring to the BIg Board? All of the monthly totals will reset aroun 1:30 I believe. Im sure you will be close to the top! :rotfl:

Actually I couldn't sleep last night and I was up around 4 am. All the credits were posted then and the Big Board was to be updated at 6 somthing am EST(which it was.) In looking at my account history, all the credits have cleared but they did post to July not August. So all those credits that were on hold in July and that posted today were credited to our monthly totals for July not August.

I'm sure that the wonderful SR team will work out the kinks :sunshine:

Oh, I see now. :( I looked at it this AM and seen that I was still at #1 and thought it just hadnt updated. But I do see that my credits are now in July for the credit holds. That is a problem. Well good luck! I am sure SR will get the bug worked out. :sunshine:

Oh, man. That is definitely a BIG problem. I'll talk to SG and see what we can do to fix it.

My balance updated on my current earnings page, but not on the august totals for the board. I clicked on my july total on the big board and the credits did not post there. A pp said her credits went on july totals, but this wasn't the case for my account. HTH you guys figure it out. :)

I am showing mine in my credit totals but not showing up on the Big Board for August, and dufus that I am, I cannot figure out where to see if they credited to July as that was when they were placed as pending. Good luck guys at getting it fixed...I hate snafus....I can make a heck of a mess quickly but to correct a small mistake takes me days...:)
