It use to be 5% of your fandango bucks purchase was your return into the sunshine account. However last night i bought $100(Dang the Jonas Brothers;)). It said 1.00 credit for each fandango buck purchased. Is this right?

That is what it looks like to me. $1.00 per purchase.
