Cancelled flight on Travelocity?

I booked 2 reservations on Travelocity but then had to cancel the flights. Since i don't get a refund on the flights, do i still get my SR credit?

Did the funds go into a holding account? Are you going to rebook?

Most travel sites credit a couple of weeks after your travel or hotel stay is complete so if you rebook using the funds.....it should credit.

Maybe Angie or Tricia can answer more definitvely.

no, the tickets simply won't be used. we are not able to rebook the tickets. i mean, they still got the money, so it would seem that i should still get credit for it.
