View Full Version : anyone else get an ancient vistaprint credit today?

I have in my notes that I got credit for VistaPrint business cards back on the 17th of July.

But today with the rest of my credit holds, that seems to have made its way to the top, and man oh man did it throw me for a loop!

My balance isn't 5.50 higher, b/c it was already in my account, but I still had to scour my notes and account history...

Anyone else?

Now I'll state that the WEIRD thing is...I still haven't received those business cards, even though they were sent out on the 25th, they day before my shirt was sent out by VistaPrint, and I received my shirt inside of two days...

(and yes I have called and no they don't care. not yet at least)

How long after you ordered your VistaPrint T shirt did the credit hold show up on your account?

I did that offer a few days ago and it hasn't shown up anywhere on my SR account.

I already got my shipment confirmation for my T-shirt and still haven't gotten the 4.50 T-shirt credit. I did get the Vista sample business card credit though. No clue why I got one but not the other.

It is strange.

That happened in my account yesterday too. I had to research to see if I got whatever it was I ordered. I had ordered postcards and they came within a week. I had received credit as soon as I placed the order. Maybe now Vista Print will be a HOLD credit? :confused:

I'm surprised that you are having a CS issue. I had placed an order some time ago and they charged my CC twice. Another time my computer freaked out and my order went through as 5 times what I ordered. Both times when I called they were very helpful and accomodating.

Call again and if you don't get satisfaction, ask for a supervisor. Hope you get your order.

Today it's actually 22 days since the cards were shipped, so I assume I will get some sort of attention. Of course, it's supposed to be 21 days for processing and shipping together, but the guy that answered the phone really didnt' seem to care about that.

I used to work amazon CS, and although we wouldn't replace anything until an appropriate amount of time had passed (unless there was something obviously wrong with tracking), we tried to be helpful and give explanations. But when I called to ASK if there was anything to worry about, or perhaps were the shirt and cards sent from a different warehouse....just something to explain why I got the shirt before I even got shipping confirmation, and why the cards said they were shipped on the 25th, but I got the shipping confirmation on the 30th (after I got the shirt and shirt's shipping confirmation), I got false reassurances with NO reasoning behind them.

Call me crazy, but those things just indicate a PROBLEM in shipping to me. If that sort of thing had happened with amazon, it would have meant a manual, forced-through, shipping confirmation, done because they found something that indicated they didn't KNOW if the box had gone out the door, but were assuming it had (and honestly, in those cases, it rarely had).

But I got 18 misunderstandings from the rep, and an ASSURANCE that it would be there "this week", which was from a conversation last week Wednesday, and I gave it through yesterday in case "this week" meant "7 days" to him, and to give it 21 days since shipping.

Harumph.


But anyway, i keep notes and I check off when I get credit, and update my SR balance, so I know that it was there back shortly after I ordered. It was part of my balance already. So it was just ODD to see the credit bump up to almost a month later, when nothing else had changed!

Good news. Although the lady who took my call today didn't totally understand me at first, even she could see that my order is dreadfully late. So she's replacing it.
