I purchased a tracfone the other day using the SR link. Today the credit showed up but it is not for the correct amount. I went to check it out and the offer has been changed, it was a different offer when I made the purchase.

That's strange because we don't retroactively change the commissions. Our system records what the offer was on the date and time that you clicked on the link. That's how we know when to give increased credits, etc. Go ahead and open a ticket and I will look at it. They did change their offer on us out of the blue, but it should only have affected people who clicked on the link after we changed it.

I filed the ticket but had to change the purchase date because it said I could not file until after 7 days. Thanks! Sorry to be a bother
