The Turkish ones are horrible...tiny and very hard to open, if you can open them at all. Tried them again a second time just in case the first was a bad batch, nope...not good. :(

California - no contest. We actually threw out the rest of the Turkish bag, which is totally unheard of in my pistachio-loving family.

We threw out both bags of the Turkish pistachio's that we tried...we had a bad bag of almonds once too that tasted burnt but they cheerfully replaced those with a bag of their delicious cashews, which are the only nuts I will buy from them....the cashews are really good! :angel:

Ordered the CA pistachios for Mom's easter basket, and the almonds for me :)

We didn't even get our Turkish ones from Nuts on the Net and we threw them out. Someone sent them as a gift to us for Christmas. It was a mixed bag of Turkish and California. We picked out the California ones and ate them and tossed the rest. LOL! They must be an acquired taste or something.
