Quick Survey/Offers Question

Can I use Mozilla Firefox instead of IE to do surveys and offers? Will the surveys and offers credit if I use Mozilla? I am having a lot of issues with IE shutting down for no apparent reason and I don't want that to happen in the middle of an offer or a survey. Thanks!:)

I used flock and had problems with it crediting, that is a version of firefox, so i use IE only for sr now! My IE will crash some times, but it has alowed many credits to post, and if i lose a survey or too that must be re done i am ok with that!

I use firefox all the time to do the surveys and shopping with no problems at all....offers on the other hand, sometimes they credit and sometimes they don't...so I've been switching to IE when I do the offers just to make sure, even then there are a lot of offers that I don't get credit for when others have no problem and I have no idea why? :confused:

I started out using Safari, but when the survey qualifying page changed, I couldn't get into surveys anymore, so I switched to Firefox. I haven't had any difficulty at all and have gotten a survey every day that has credited. I do have the latest version/update. Are you by any chance using a Mac?

Firefox works VERY well for me.

There are a few surveys that say you must use IE, and I just back out of those, but other than that, I've been very happy since using firefox (the version of IE I have on my Mac is terrible, and safari won't work for surveys, it seems).

I have to use Firefox to get anything to credit for the other RP I actively do. Nothing credits through them when I use IE. I am trying now to redo a few of the offers on SR that I didn't get credit for 2 months ago that I think I should have gotten to see if it does any better. You are right, Safari hasn't worked since they changed the sign-up page. I just met with my IT support person at work yesterday. The latest version for IE on Mac's is 5.2. Even though there is an updated version for PC's, there isn't for Mac's and won't be. That's why I asked if you had a Mac, because I do too. :) Because IT is an older version on Macs some of the surveys will not work. That's why I use Firefox and have had good success. Good luck!

Lately very few offers credit for me on SR and I know I have never done them before so that isn't the reason.

I'm having the same problem! I have done several offers on SR (using IE) and none of them are crediting. I can't figure out why because they are things I have never signed up for before either. (ITT, My Print Rewards, e.t.c) I use ccleaner, Ad Aware, AVG, e.t.c. and still can't get things to credit. :(

I'm glad to see that some people are getting credit on surveys using Firefox. I don't have a MAC, but for some reason, IE has been shutting down for no reason lately. It's not kicking me off the internet, just closing down IE. :computer:

Remember that some offers are manual or run on a 1 day delay (ITT took 24 hours to post) and some are just bad offers that Tricia has to have the advertiser take a look at (My print rewards) so its not always your fault you aren't getting credit. Its just hit or miss. Try searching the offers thread before doing some offers just in case they aren't crediting well so you won't waste time trying them before they get fixed.

And some just take a realy long time to credit, example i just got credit for classmates.com, i did that offer about 16 days ago! So sometimes its just sit back and relax and enjoy!
