Question about daily surveys

I completed a survey at 11:59 last night and I check to see if it took. I got the message that I exceed my daily limit. I tried around 1:30 AM and still got the message. As of 11:30AM, I have not received credit for the survey and I can take another survey. What did I do wrong? Or did the survey credit for the next day? Can I do another one?

Was it midnight Eastern that you did it last night?

Yes, it was midnight eastern time. Does that make a difference?

Are you sure it was 11:59 by Greenfield's clock? Or was is 11:59 by your computer clock. I find my clock runs slower.

It was my computer clock. I just checked and I can still do a survey. Should I do another one or did the one I did last night credit for today?
