Question about page after finishing DS

I don't do a lot of surveys, but today I did a DS and at the end it the page said "thanks for completing the survey." I did not get taken back to SR. Do you always get taken back to SR, or no? Thanks!

I do 99% of the time and if I don't then I take another survey bc I've found that I dont' get credit for them. Sometimes an extra one or two will appear later in the month but I can't be sure if their for that or another survey which may have hung on me.
