i called at exactly 7 am this morning ET, held for an hour, and got everything i wanted!

6/09 - Crystal Palace lunch
6/10 - Tusker House breakfast
6/11 - Biergarten dinner
6/12 - BBB at MK early am!

Wow - an hour! :eek: I'm calling later this week so I'll make sure I have a full cup of coffee ready.

I can call on Fri, I need an early BBB at MK on 6/12 too, I made our dining ressies already. Keeping my fingers crossed, maybe we'll see you at BBB.

that would be awesome! we'll be there before the park opens at 9:00 am!

sorry y'all, i didn't mean to be the bearer of bad news, lol, but everyone on the DIS is complaining about the hold times for reservations. some people held over 2 hours and got disconnected before anyone ever even answered!

Congrats! I love booking ADRs (boy I miss the 180 days...)!! Makes you feel like your trip is complete!!

As for the wait times...ugh....whatever happened to the rumor of the new system was implemented because it was going to allow guests to book online?? Not that I had a lot of faith in that system, but at least I could do that at work & NOT be on my cell phone.

Again, congrats on getting everything you wanted! What a great feeling!!

How exciting! Congratulations on getting all your ADRs. Wow, an hour on the phone. I will have to pass that info along to friends - they still can't call.

I called this past Saturday and was on the phone for about an hour and a half. The first time on hold was only about ten minutes, then I was transferred to the department handling the May/June ADR's where I was on hold for an hour or so. Then another twenty minutes to make my ADR's.

But the best thing is that they're DONE. :banana:

I'm kinda guessing ya'll didn't give them a good survey rating at the end of the phone call. My cellphone battery would've died before then.

Call on your cell phone during your free night/weekend times I guess. Yikes... I am glad I don't have to call till July. Maybe they can get it together by then.

You know, I have only taken those surveys a couple of times. Most times I just hang up when I'm done. :o

The CM that helped me was fantastic, very friendly and seemed to know her stuff. I felt pretty lucky to have gotten her.

Most of my wait time was spent dozing in bed. DH was hilarious, as soon as he heard the phone ringing to connect with a CM he went nuts.

I made my ADR's today for our June 21-27 trip.

I got dinner at :

Wolfgang Puck's
Yak and Yeti
Biergarten
The Turf Club
The Plaza Restaurant

and

Breakfast at Akerhaus Royal Banquet Hall with the Princesses (we may try to change this one but maybe not)

for out Table Service meals. I should have gotten my act together to be ready to call right at 90 days, but I am pretty happy with what I got.
