If you are a NON Facebook user, can you view the SR How to video on the home page?

I was able to hear and view it when you first put it up but I just tried on IE and I could hear you but no video....went to Firefox and it wants me to put in a password...switched back to IE and now I can't even hear you anymore and it now asks for a password.
