Hard ticket events with a gift card?

Has anyone successfully ordered hard-ticket event tickets with a gift card? They wouldn't let me do it last time, but I'm wondering if times have changed.

I bought MNSSHP tickets last October with a gift card with no problem. That was the first time I was able to use gift cards for those.

We've ordered MNSSHP before. If the agent tells you that you can't, hang up and get the next agent.

If I am not mistaken I also ordered MNSSHP tickets in Oct 07 with gift cards.

I agree with that- I do remember the first agent telling me no, but when I called back they said no problem!

I called and had no troubles. I didn't try online just over the phone.
