I just made all the changes to the live site concerning the new trouble ticket procedures (see the Sunshine Email from yesterday).

I have pushed a couple tickets through and everything seems to be working. Let me know if you experience any problems!

If I purchased through the Target link on the main members page last Sunday and do not see credit yet - how do I submit a trouble ticket for that? Should I use the regular Target link?

Go to the MemberZone and submit a new ticket. The new process will walk you through all the information we need. Choose "Request Credit" and then a type of "Sale". You must wait 7 days from the date of transaction before you can submit a ticket.
