Just to let you know, all GF surveys are down right now due to technical difficulty. They will be getting this resolved,so I'd wait a little bit before trying again. We will try to post as soon as we find out the issue has been resolved.

Good news--We were just informed by Greenfield that an update has occurred to fix the issue, but it might take the system a few hours to function properly. We will update again soon to let you know when everything is up and running as it should be.

that's the survey I got around 11am this morning...I took the survey before seeing on here that there were problems....I finished it and got the congrats page too. Hopefully it will credit tomorrow with no problems.

I'm going to assume that one will credit bc I took one early this morning and half way through was when people were reporting the routing issues and that's what I got at the end of the DS earlier this morning. So since i didn't get a re-route but a congrats I'm going to assume it credits tomorrow.

thanks for the info. I tried the last 2 days (not today) to get a survey and GF would keep freezing on me. Hopefully whatever they are working on will resolve the problemo. :D

Again, to my knowledge there were no issues yesterday. There could be a credit delay as all of their resources were refocused this morning to quickly resolve the routing issue. Credits for surveys taken this morning may be different, but I'm going to assume that if you were successful routed and received the congrats page, you should be okay. I've not seen any additional updates from GF beyond what was posted this morning. I'm sure if Cindy or Tricia knows more, they will post.

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience, but to be honest, I'm very impressed with how quickly GF was able to identify and remedy the issue this morning. I'm sure we'll be back to normal soon. Hang in there!

Just tried a SM survey and got this message:

"We always want to provide you with the best survey taking experience, however we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. We request you to try again after sometime."

So, I guess patience is the key here.

I have been clicking for a survey since I came back from walmart. At about 1:30 and it is still going to the other site.:confused:

I didn't have a problem getting one before noon and DH was able to get a SM survey with no problems around 230 and it credited at the top of the 3 o'clock hr.

Make sure that you are completely clearing your cookies before you try to start surveys since the snafu today.

That's a good reminder, Tricia. :) I did clear cookies before the OTX survey so that's why I'm surprised that it didn't credit yet. Maybe on the next hour?

I completed my DS mid morning and got the Congrats page so assumed it would credit. At lunchtime I cleared cookies, did a Super Member survey, got the congrats page and no credit so far. So we shall see....

ETA: SM survey credited after the 4th hour.

I tried for a DS just a little while ago and it diverted to another site. I noticed it loaded a fair amount of cookies on my computer, enough that I felt compelled to go to ccleaner to get rid of them. Hopefully, these extra cookies are not interfering with others getting credit.

I got and completed a DS about 6:00. It was one of those long financial ones and instead of the SR congrats page it took me to that domain webpage and there was no way to report it. I have a feeling that this one won't credit.

i'd like to know the answer to that one too...i've cleared cache and cookies several times today, and still get nothing but the surveyrouter domain page. i even tried switching from firefox to IE, and i got the surveyrouter domain page again. why does it work for some people, but not for others?
