This is an autocredit that should come through automatically but is set to pending. I don't see a sale logged for this offer yet. Please open an account question ticket for me that includes your order confirmation. I'll be happy to do some research.

Has anyone received this product? I ordered it in April and still have not gotten anything. My credit card has not been charged, but the card I put it on has been canceled because of fraud.

I just tried to call them and let them know that the credit card was no longer valid. They have a new international number. I'm not going to call a different country over a order that is over 2 months old. They can call me.
