Windshield Wonder credit question?

I feel like a broken record because something like this happened to me last week. I just did the Windshield Wonder offer. Is it suppose to credit on the hour? Mine didn't.

I didn't see it in the Fast Crediting offers so it must be a manual and therefor could take a few hours or a few days.
