E-Bay Problem Question?

I made a purchase on E-bay April 4, the auction said that the item would not arrive for 12 - 19 day. Not a problem. The seller has 100% positive feedback, and had been a member since 2002. Now the problem is they are no longer a seller on E-bay, their account has been closed. What should I do?

Geeze.......that isn't good. Did you pay with Paypal? Go to your ebay account (My Ebay) and file a item not received and do the same at PayPal. Hopefully you will get your money back.
