No Credit for Surveys?

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere - I haven't been credited for any surveys since Saturday, and I've taken one every day since. Anyone else having this problem?

The Daily Surveys/Greenfield? If so, I have received credit. The ones for Fri, Sat, Sun all usually show up Monday, so there is a lag there, but they should be on your account history by now. If not, I'd wait for Tricia to post here, I'm sure she'll see your question.

Yeah - it's weird. The one I took yesterday just showed up, but the one from Monday didn't (and I was taken to the "Congratulations, you successfully completed..." page for that one - so far I haven't had any of those crummy surveys that don't return you to Sunshine Rewards).

So all but Monday's are now showing in my account history, but my total account balance hasn't budged since Saturday - weird!

I did one starting after 8:50 pacific time last night, ending a few minutes after 9pm. Told me I "exceeded", I was happy.

This morning I could do another (10am pacific time), got through it, I've again "exceeded" limits.

Since I could do one today, I figure the one I did last night wasn't actually for today (possible due to time zones), but the one I did last night has disappeared into cyberspace.

Definitely odd.

Hmm...two days later and still no credit for Monday's survey - I guess there was a glitch in the system. I was so proud of getting a survey every day this month! :computer:

Is it still showing in your Account History, just not in your balance? If so, that is a tech glitch. Sunshine Guy may not have seen this post, so if that is the case I'd send a low priority trouble ticket for account questions with the details.

FYI, I had a positive outcome to this. Got both credited on the day after I posted this. Seemed to be some oddity with doing it at that time, as it is switching into "next day" eastern time. Crazy!

Weird, I had one survey not credit this week as well. Wednesday's didn't go through. It took me to the end, said the usual congratulations on the SR page, and then when I tried again to double check it said I had exceeded the limit. Then I took another survey yesterday, same process, and it has credited today but still nothing for Wednesday. :( Sucks cause I thought I was at 7 survey's for this month (hoping for that 10 bonus) and now I'm at 6 still.

Argh! Now I've had 2 that did not credit and one that I'm waiting to credit tomorrow hopefully. I'm pretty sure though with those other 2 not crediting, I'm not going to make my goal of 10 by the end of August. :( Crossing fingers though.

This is the first holiday i have been awaiting survey credits. Since this is a holiday will they credit tomorrow or did I not receive credit for any of the three surveys I did and got confirmation from? I am desperate here..I have gone from #4 in August to 545..in September....>LOL

We're all in the same boat. I'm sure they'll be there tomorrow...survey credits always wait over the weekend, and throwing a holiday Monday into the mix I'm sure is what is causing us to bite our fingernails a bit more. :p


Editing to add. I just looked back at my Memorial Day weekend survey stats, and the surveys I did over that weekend did credit on the Tuesday after.

I hoped it was holiday related but I could not find anywhere stating anything and I did surveys everyday this month minus 2 days on vacation but only got 25 credits....so I tend to hold my breath until they credit... and it has been a LONGGGGGGGGGG weekend trapped with my misbeahaving children so I am looking for a escape..>LOl

Oh no, misbehaving children....I only have one who misbehaves in spurts, but I've definitely felt trapped recently, so I can empathize!

When I do the survey slowly, finish, get the congratulations page, and then check for another survey and get the "you've exceeded" the daily limit message...I've never NOT gotten the credit. There's always a first, but especially checking for the "exceeded" message hasn't let me down yet.

Well i got an easy one about McDonalds uniforms which was actually fun and fast, but apparently I did not get credit for the car one I took yesterday that took me almost an hour to do and it said I exceeded my limit when I tried to "make sure" ...no more car ones for me.

however i may have Mcddonalds for lunch..LOL

I got most of them from the weekend just not from the 3rd or the 6th and the 7th. Hope they aren't like the offer ones that are sitting out in pending.

I have made sure they are not with the other survery companies. I am just uncertain if I am doing something wrong.

Your survey from yesterday, Friday, won't credit until Monday. Same with surveys from today and tomorrow.

GICHY, as far as I know, surveys don't pend. If you don't get credit, you didn't get it. As for the 7th, that was yesterday, Friday. And it wont' credit until Monday morning.

Regarding the surveys from the 3rd and 6th...when you do a survey and you get the "congratulations you finished" page, be SURE to go back through to see if you can take another survey. When you do that, if you get the "sorry, you exceeded your daily survey limit" message, that's good. If the sytem lets you take another survey, however, take it, b/c the survey you just took probably won't credit.

I had been checking as I do many of them really early or really late so I double check to see if I have exceeded. I have gotten those everytime or at least so I think I have. I am hoping to get the hang of it soon and thanks for all the great feeback it helps!

Gichy, what time zone are you in? That may affect how your surveys are credited. Daily surveys deadline is midnight edt, 9pm pacific.
