help still cant do greenfield surveys

:computer::computer: I am getting very frustrated....I still cannot do the greenfield surveys...when I click on greenfield survey it pulls the page up but I do not get the banner.....also the two cents one takes me to a blank page with done at the bottom? I really want to use SR for my disney vacation this oct 09....and I am very slowly progressing....I've been trying for over a month now and I think I've made it to 5 dollars....somehow my mother has made it to 40 so I know there's something I'm not doing right....any help is so appreciated....:confused::cry::thanks:

There was a thread I think it's stickied in the tech forum where Gay (arob14) and I both had issues and it was a file we had to update/fix. Look for a GF tech thread with either one of our user id's and try what's suggested in there. Something happened one day where I couldn't do a DS and the same thing happened when I clicked on the banner, following those instructions I was able to fix my problem.
