I am trying to open a trouble ticket for a sale i made with ebags.com but it is not a option in the drop down menu.

Usually you cant file until it has been at least 7 days, has it been that long? If it has and it still isnt showing up in the menu then chances are you didnt click on the SR link for bagsbuy. Did you check if shoebuy was on there? Perhaps you went through the shoebuy link to bagbuy. Just some suggestions. If none of these are the case you may want to shoot Tricia a trouble ticket under account question and let her know the details so she can look into it.

If you clicked through SR, and if its been longer then 7 days, it should show up. Our system automatically will add to the drop down any merchants that you purchase through.
