I can enter my info and then it won't submit. Has it worked for anyone?

I was able to put everything in and submit it, it said entry received. No problem. Try again.

Do you have to be a smoker to take this one? What if you're on the nicotine patch? Would that qualify me to take it?

Well i would think if you were on the nicotine patch then you are a smoker and of legal age. I mean you have to smoke to wear the patch and not that you won't succeed but think of all the people that do the patch that go back to smoking. So while you wear the patch you are technically a smoker still until you are finally able to quit. :)
