I don't know how many of you cook with Bisquick, but it's something that I always keep on hand. From cinnamon rolls to drop biscuits to dumplings, I am always using it. Here's a pretty cool newsletter opportunity from them where you get recipes and coupons. It's directly from Bisquick, so it is not spammy. I'm anxious to get some new recipes to try out because I have been using the reduced fat version.

Well its short and yummy but not very healthy.;)
lbs of hot sausage
3 1/2 cup of Bisquits mix
1 {10oz) package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

combine and shape into small balls and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Figured I and can mix this up a day or two in advance and then bake then off.
