View Full Version : How to handle Duplicate Surveys?

This morning for my DS I got a survey on Fast Food.

Then I went for my Two Cents survey and got the exact same survey.

There wasn't any way to opt out so I had my partner take it. He was promptly disqualified so no harm was done.

How should this be handled in the future? Should I have shut down IE to get out of the survey?

Thanks,

John

You could close out OR we've seen in some cases, survey's that are VERY similar but slightly different. OTX was good for that, so I used to just keep going through the survey and see if I would be disqualified.

As long as you enter the same info (this assumes you are taking both the DS and YTC/SM survey in your household), you should NOT get a duplicate. They might start the same and be similar, but they are supposed to be different.

I have encountered a problem when I misspelled my email address, but exitted out quickly.

I have gotten this survey twice and they were two different surveys

Then maybe I was wrong. I only went through 6 or 7 questions. They were exactly the same as the earlier survey so I thought that I had gotten the same survey.
