I need to open a trouble ticket for a purchase that I have not received credit for but I don't have a clue how to transfer my confirmation e-mail to the trouble ticket form ??? I am obviously not very computer savvy.:o Can anyone help? The credit in question is for almost 5 dollars so I am really hoping to get this filed and resolved. Thanks.

Copy and paste, just select all ( you can either do it with the mouse or ctrl +a to select ctrl + v to paste)

Also, you want to include the headers. On the TT page, if you didn't see it already, check out the links inside the sentence " For more information on including headers, visit Abika or Michigan State University." VERY good info in there to make sure you're getting the whole email.
I didn't realize those were links (bold doesn't equal "link" to me so I never even checked them) the first couple of TTs I submitted, and thankfully it wasn't a problem, but I was lucky.
