How long for a response to a trouble ticket?

I have an open trouble ticket that was answered very quickly asking for additional information. I've now provided the information but there's been no response. How long will it typically take?

It was about a cashout that I was hoping to use this week on our trip.

We don't typically respond to them much over the weekend. But we usually get them all caught up on Mondays.
