Are offers made available at different times/regions?

Over the weekend, I noticed a couple offers posted in the 'automatic credits' thread, so I went back to try and complete them. I couldn't find them anywhere. This morning, there they were. I was just wondering if offers are different depending on the region you live? :confused:

Not generally; however, that can be possible--the issue you most likely experienced is that we set limits on offers when they are new so that we can closely monitor whether or not the offer is crediting well. If these limits are exceded, the offer will go inactive until we manually review it, increase the limits, and reactivate it. I did reactivate a couple of offers that had exceded the limits. You would have seen them "disappear" and then "reappear". Make sense?
