OTX not crediting

Anyone get a OTX today and not have it credit. I completed one at 8:45am. It did not credit at 9 or 10 yet. Anyone else, thanks for any input.

No but it appears someone else took a SM survey that didn't credit so maybe the systems is just stuck and needs a push by SR.

I did one between 8 AND 8:30 today as well on a tv ad for a tv show and nothing yet.

I've done both a SM and OTX and neither credited....hopefully later..

It seems there may be a problem that is keeping them from crediting. It usually means that they just need to be manually pushed in to the system by Tricia. For those of you who have already done them and gotten the congrats just sit tight and wait for the credits, don't do another one. For those who haven't done it go ahead and do your survey but be aware they may take a while longer to post. Once Tricia gets on and sees this I am sure she will either push the credits through or post if there is a problem. Until then please just be patient and sit tight. Thanks!

my otx that i finished at 10:20 didn't credit either as well as my sm survey from earlier. my computer died in the middle of the otx survey so i had to keep refreshing the page to make it work so maybe that has something to do with why it didn't credit. hopefully both will show up later today. won't delete the cookies for both surveys until some time this afternoon.

this may sound like a dumb question but do you think it would be safe to delete my cookies from the otx and sm surveys i took this morning (just waiting for them to credit) or should i wait a little longer?

No SM credit from 2 hours ago, plus it was a BrainJuicer on OTC meds. Somehow, i'm not hopeful since it's BrainJuicer...:(

i know you can't take another otx until 24 hours have passed but you might want to hold off on taking another my 2 cents until we hear something from cindy or tricia. HTH.:sunshine:

Like Marcy said none of us have gotten credit, I think the system is stuck and Tricia will need to give it a "push". She usually lets us know for sure if that's the problem and when she gives a little push.

I thought it was just me and my rotten OTX-crediting luck! I did an OTX around 2 and still nothing. Still keeping my fingers crossed!

We've at least isolated the problem. Our advertiser is recording the credits and our system is trying to pull them. But when we go there to pull them, there is nothing to pull. So we think that there has to be something wrong with their reports for the last several hours. Thank goodness!!! I was starting to think that we had lost all of our members!!

Angie and I are sorting it through right now. The OTX advertiser is on the West Coast, so we still have a few business hours to help them figure out what is going on.

You are fine to delete your cookies. Everything that can be recorded has been recorded on the advertiser's end. We just have to hope that they kept enough info to feed it all back to us.

We did. We got totally screwed. The only gave us about 5 credits and we credited them to the accounts as best as we could match up. :(

It looks like at least part of the system is working again. We are starting to see the new credits coming through. Now we just have to wait for word on the back credits. It may take a few hours since some of our advertisers are West Coast.

Now that the situation has been rectified I am closing these threads. Congrats to those who recieved thier credits and thank you to Tricia for finding the credits!
