Hi, I filed a tt on 8-5 and I haven't herd anything yet, I was wondering if you had any new information. Thank you.

If Tricia gets any new information she emails it to you as soon as she gets it. Once she has submitted a TT there is nothing left for her to do but wait for the merchant/advertiser to respond. I would say that if she hasnt contacted you then things are still open. HTH!
