I finally took the time and reported a troubled survey and yippee I received a credit today for a survey. I also reported another today. I hoope it credits as well.

Funny - but I STILL have not received credit for any of 4-5 I have submitted to GF since the end of December; some others reported, some were panel surveys, etc. :confused: ANyway, glad others are getting credit!:)

Thanks to GF and SR, it really made my day to see the bump in my account! :D It also makes it easier to deal with the frustration of not being able to complete a survey because of a technical issue, knowing that you may get paid to report it.

Are you submitting for techinical issues or just issues where you get kicked out for not qualifying, panel surveys, and issues that wouldn't be considered technical. Usually what happens is that GF will research the issues that are submitted and if they find it to be a technical issue they will pay SR and you for it.

Have submitted some technical errors, yes, and never any credit. Some I haven't received credit for are panel surveys too - not that I submitted for those, just that I understood GF to say that eventually credit for those would come thru, just delayed. What I'm saying is that I haven't gotten credit for anything I've submitted as a technical issue (surveys that others did report too) or panel surveys. That is to say, I haven't gotten what would seem like any extra credits (except maybe one a while ago) when it seems like there's a few I should have. Lest this seem like a big fat negative complaint, I don't mean it to. Just something I wondered about. Seems GF must have decided not to credit me, so no point in fretting about it now!:)
