Finishing survery but not crediting

I have done the Greenfield surveys for the past 2-3 days. I am able to complete all of them and go to the "Congratulations" page each time. But I haven't been credited for any of them.

Is this a glitch with them lately? Do I need to file a trouble report on them?:thanks:
