TT question

I'm embarassed to even be asking this...I haven't gotten credit for a Hotwire reservation yet. I fear I may not have been signed in. If I submit a TT, will you guys see if that's a case, or will you need to submit it to the advertiser, who will tell you your member is a dipstick?

I think first they try to match you to floating credits (credits with no member id) and then if that doesn't work they send you over to the advertiser for investigation.

We always pull reports and try to find you before we submit the transaction for review. If you weren't logged in, I will be able to tell that the purchase came through SR through a nologin. Go ahead and open a TT. I'll check it out for you and let you know whether or not your a dipstick. LOL!!!

Don't worry - Heather. This dipstick may have to file a couple TTs for this exact same reason!
