How long does it take to get Disney Dollars after you order them. I know it says wait 6 weeks but I have received then within 2 weeks before now it is over 4 weeks.

The rules do say 4-6 weeks. It may be a little earlier but I would plan for what it says on the cashout page.

Disney Dollars are taking longer for several reasons. SR can't get them in bulk through Disney anymore so they have to actually drive to a store and purchase them. There isn't a store close the ladies so it is quite a trek to get them. I think they would have removed them completely from the cash out page but they don't want to disappoint their members. So in short...4-6 weeks it is. :sunshine2:

Half the time the store that Tricia goes to is out of them and the store I go to is pretty far away so that makes it more difficult to even get them. Sometimes the store managers will even limit how many we can get. Eventually, Disney will do away with the dollars we have been told.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe that you have to go and get them. Sunshine Rewards really does have the best customer service! I personally like gift cards, but you guys are the best.:thanks:

I hope they don't cancel the Disney Dollars, my kids love them. There is always the gift cards!

On the plus side, we haven't heard anything about it lately. But it did sound like Disney didn't think that they dollars were as profitable as the gift cards last year. I think that the different releases of the Disney Dollars every year are so cute. A pain in the butt to get! But cute. :) Our tooth fairy gives them out instead of regular cash for missing teeth.

Our tooth fairy does the same thing...half cash half DD!
